Custom Rose Shaped Chocolate Tin Box with Embossed Lid

Custom rose shaped chocolate tin box packaging is designed for chocolates, candy, confectionery, cookies and premium food gifts. Its distinctive flower-shaped structure and three-dimensional rose lid create an attractive presentation for Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, weddings, anniversaries, seasonal collections and promotional gift programs.

The tin measures 125 × 105 × H40 mm and is made from 0.23 mm food-grade tinplate. It features a two-piece rose-shaped structure with curved petal edges and a removable slip lid. The raised rose design demonstrates the decorative possibilities of three-dimensional embossing, while the exterior can be customized with brand colors, printing, metallic effects and other surface finishes.

Custom Printing and Finishing Options

The lid and body can be customized according to your artwork and brand requirements. Available printing options include CMYK full-color printing for detailed images and Pantone spot-color printing for consistent brand colors. Optional decorative effects include embossing, debossing, matte varnish, glossy varnish, metallic effects and selected texture finishes.

Food-contact inner coatings can be selected according to the intended product and target-market requirements. Clear or gold-colored interior finishes may be available, subject to final technical confirmation. If your market requires specific food-contact testing, testing can be arranged through a recognized third-party laboratory based on the applicable requirements.

Optional chocolate trays, paper cups, paper liners and protective inserts can be developed according to the size, shape and quantity of the products. Before mass production, we recommend conducting a physical packing test to confirm the product arrangement, available internal space and most suitable protective packaging method.

Protective Packing Options for Export

Different protective packing methods are available according to the tin shape, size, printed surface and transportation requirements. Standard options include individual OPP bags, bubble bags, protective paper wrapping and export cartons with internal dividers.

For tins with delicate printing, glossy finishes, embossing or special-shaped structures, additional protective materials can be used to reduce surface scratching, collision and movement during transportation. The final packing method, carton quantity, carton dimensions and gross weight will be confirmed according to the approved product and order requirements.

Tin boxes individually packed in protective OPP bags and export carton — Individual protective bags help reduce contact and surface scratching during transportation.

Round tin containers packed in individual protective bags — Round tins can be individually wrapped according to their surface finish and shipping requirements.
