Custom Double Layer Food Tin Box with Hinged Lid
This custom double layer food tin box is designed for assorted cookies, biscuits, chocolate, confectionery, mooncakes, pastries and premium food gift sets. Its two-tier structure provides separate storage areas for organizing different products while creating a distinctive and reusable presentation for retail, seasonal and promotional packaging.
The complete double-layer tin measures 248 × 246 × H130 mm and is made from 0.25 mm food-grade tinplate. It features two stackable square compartments with rounded corners and a hinged top lid. The reinforced material and layered structure provide additional capacity for larger food assortments and premium gift collections.
The large lid can be customized with brand artwork, decorative patterns, logos and three-dimensional embossing. Optional compartment trays, paper dividers, paper cups and liners can be developed according to the size and arrangement of the packed products. Because the insert material, product dimensions and individual wrapping affect the available internal space, a physical packing test is recommended before confirming the final tray layout and mass-production specifications.
Custom Printing and Finishing Options
The lid and body can be customized according to your artwork and brand requirements. Available printing options include CMYK full-color printing for detailed images and Pantone spot-color printing for consistent brand colors. Optional decorative effects include embossing, debossing, matte varnish, glossy varnish, metallic effects and selected texture finishes.
Food-contact inner coatings can be selected according to the intended product and target-market requirements. Clear or gold-colored interior finishes may be available, subject to final technical confirmation. If your market requires specific food-contact testing, testing can be arranged through a recognized third-party laboratory based on the applicable requirements.
Optional chocolate trays, paper cups, dividers, paper liners and protective inserts can be developed according to the size, shape and quantity of the chocolates. Clear, gold-colored or other suitable food-grade interior finishes may also be selected according to the product and presentation requirements. A physical packing test is recommended before mass production.

Protective Packing Options for Export
Different protective packing methods are available according to the tin shape, size, printed surface and transportation requirements. Standard options include individual OPP bags, bubble bags, protective paper wrapping and export cartons with internal dividers.
For tins with delicate printing, glossy finishes, embossing or special-shaped structures, additional protective materials can be used to reduce surface scratching, collision and movement during transportation. The final packing method, carton quantity, carton dimensions and gross weight will be confirmed according to the approved product and order requirements.
