Custom Rectangular Biscuit Tin Box with Insert Tray
This custom rectangular biscuit tin box is designed for biscuits, cookies, chocolate, confectionery, pastries, mooncakes and premium food gift packaging. Its practical rectangular shape and optional six-compartment insert tray help organize different products and create an attractive presentation for retail and seasonal gift collections.
The tin measures 248 × 160 × H55 mm and is made from 0.25 mm food-grade tinplate. It features rounded corners and a removable slip lid for convenient filling and access. The broad lid and body surfaces provide ample space for custom artwork, brand colors, CMYK or Pantone printing, embossing and decorative surface finishes.
Custom Printing and Finishing Options
The lid and body can be customized according to your artwork and brand requirements. Available printing options include CMYK full-color printing for detailed images and Pantone spot-color printing for consistent brand colors. Optional decorative effects include embossing, debossing, matte varnish, glossy varnish, metallic effects and selected texture finishes.
Food-contact inner coatings can be selected according to the intended product and target-market requirements. Clear or gold-colored interior finishes may be available, subject to final technical confirmation. If your market requires specific food-contact testing, testing can be arranged through a recognized third-party laboratory based on the applicable requirements.
Optional packaging inserts, including plastic blister trays, paperboard dividers, paper cups and paper liners, can be developed to organize the products and improve product presentation. Because the inserts and individual product packaging affect the available internal space, we recommend conducting a physical packing test before mass production.

Protective Packing Options for Export
Different protective packing methods are available according to the tin shape, size, printed surface and transportation requirements. Standard options include individual OPP bags, bubble bags, protective paper wrapping and export cartons with internal dividers.
For tins with delicate printing, glossy finishes, embossing or special-shaped structures, additional protective materials can be used to reduce surface scratching, collision and movement during transportation. The final packing method, carton quantity, carton dimensions and gross weight will be confirmed according to the approved product and order requirements.
