Custom Square Child-Resistant Button-Lock Tin Box
Custom square child-resistant button-lock tin box packaging is designed for gummies, candy, pre-rolls, tobacco products and other compact products requiring controlled-access packaging. Its balanced square shape, reusable metal construction and spacious interior make it suitable for retail packaging, product assortments and customized brand programs.
The tin measures 100 × 100 × H18 mm and is made from 0.23 mm food-grade tinplate. It features rounded corners, a permanently attached hinged lid and a front button-release locking mechanism. The specialized locking structure helps reduce unintended opening while allowing convenient access when the release mechanism is operated correctly.
The large square lid and exterior body provide ample space for brand artwork, product information and decorative designs. Available customization options include CMYK or Pantone printing, matte or glossy varnish, metallic effects, embossing and debossing. Optional compartment inserts can be developed for organizing gummies, candy, pre-rolls or other packed products. Child-resistant performance depends on the complete packaging specification and applicable test protocol; independent third-party testing can be arranged according to target-market requirements.
Custom Printing and Finishing Options
The lid and body can be customized according to your artwork and brand requirements. Available printing options include CMYK full-color printing for detailed images and Pantone spot-color printing for consistent brand colors. Optional decorative effects include embossing, debossing, matte varnish, glossy varnish, metallic effects and selected texture finishes.
Food-contact inner coatings can be selected according to the intended product and target-market requirements. Clear or gold-colored interior finishes may be available, subject to final technical confirmation. If your market requires specific food-contact testing, testing can be arranged through a recognized third-party laboratory based on the applicable requirements.
Optional chocolate trays, paper cups, dividers, paper liners and protective inserts can be developed according to the size, shape and quantity of the chocolates. Clear, gold-colored or other suitable food-grade interior finishes may also be selected according to the product and presentation requirements. A physical packing test is recommended before mass production.

Protective Packing Options for Export
Different protective packing methods are available according to the tin shape, size, printed surface and transportation requirements. Standard options include individual OPP bags, bubble bags, protective paper wrapping and export cartons with internal dividers.
For tins with delicate printing, glossy finishes, embossing or special-shaped structures, additional protective materials can be used to reduce surface scratching, collision and movement during transportation. The final packing method, carton quantity, carton dimensions and gross weight will be confirmed according to the approved product and order requirements.
