Custom Small Child-Resistant Tin Box with Double Button Lock
This custom small child-resistant tin box is designed for gummies, pre-rolls, tobacco products, cartridges and other compact products requiring controlled-access packaging. Its portable square shape and specialized opening mechanism make it suitable for brands seeking secure, reusable and customizable metal packaging.
The tin measures 50 × 50 × H15 mm and is made from 0.23 mm tinplate. It features a compact square body, rounded corners, a hinged lid and a double-button locking mechanism positioned on the front edge. The buttons must be operated correctly to release the lid, helping reduce unintended opening by children while allowing convenient access for adults.
The lid and body can be customized with CMYK or Pantone printing, brand artwork, matte or glossy varnish, metallic finishes, embossing and debossing. Optional plastic inserts can be developed according to the packed product. Child-resistant performance depends on the complete packaging structure, production specifications and applicable test protocol; third-party testing can be arranged according to the requirements of the target market and project.
Custom Printing and Finishing Options
The lid and body can be customized according to your artwork and brand requirements. Available printing options include CMYK full-color printing for detailed images and Pantone spot-color printing for consistent brand colors. Optional decorative effects include embossing, debossing, matte varnish, glossy varnish, metallic effects and selected texture finishes.
Food-contact inner coatings can be selected according to the intended product and target-market requirements. Clear or gold-colored interior finishes may be available, subject to final technical confirmation. If your market requires specific food-contact testing, testing can be arranged through a recognized third-party laboratory based on the applicable requirements.
Optional chocolate trays, paper cups, dividers, paper liners and protective inserts can be developed according to the size, shape and quantity of the chocolates. Clear, gold-colored or other suitable food-grade interior finishes may also be selected according to the product and presentation requirements. A physical packing test is recommended before mass production.

Protective Packing Options for Export
Different protective packing methods are available according to the tin shape, size, printed surface and transportation requirements. Standard options include individual OPP bags, bubble bags, protective paper wrapping and export cartons with internal dividers.
For tins with delicate printing, glossy finishes, embossing or special-shaped structures, additional protective materials can be used to reduce surface scratching, collision and movement during transportation. The final packing method, carton quantity, carton dimensions and gross weight will be confirmed according to the approved product and order requirements.
