Custom Rectangular Tea Tin Box for Tea and Coffee
This custom rectangular tea tin box is designed for loose-leaf tea, tea bags, coffee beans, coffee powder, confectionery, dry food and premium gift packaging. Its tall rectangular shape provides generous storage capacity while creating a distinctive shelf presence for retail and branded gift applications.
The tin measures 183 × 92 × H207 mm and is made from 0.23 mm food-grade tinplate. It features a removable slip lid for convenient filling and access. The large front, back and side panels provide ample space for custom artwork, brand logos, product information, metallic effects and decorative embossing.
Custom Printing and Finishing Options
The lid and body can be customized according to your artwork and brand requirements. Available printing options include CMYK full-color printing for detailed images and Pantone spot-color printing for consistent brand colors. Optional decorative effects include embossing, debossing, matte varnish, glossy varnish, metallic effects and selected texture finishes.
Food-contact inner coatings can be selected according to the intended product and target-market requirements. Clear or gold-colored interior finishes may be available, subject to final technical confirmation. If your market requires specific food-contact testing, testing can be arranged through a recognized third-party laboratory based on the applicable requirements.
Optional packaging inserts, including plastic blister trays, paperboard dividers, paper cups and paper liners, can be developed to organize the products and improve product presentation. Because the inserts and individual product packaging affect the available internal space, we recommend conducting a physical packing test before mass production.

Protective Packing Options for Export
Different protective packing methods are available according to the tin shape, size, printed surface and transportation requirements. Standard options include individual OPP bags, bubble bags, protective paper wrapping and export cartons with internal dividers.
For tins with delicate printing, glossy finishes, embossing or special-shaped structures, additional protective materials can be used to reduce surface scratching, collision and movement during transportation. The final packing method, carton quantity, carton dimensions and gross weight will be confirmed according to the approved product and order requirements.
