Custom Round Child-Resistant Screw-Top Tin Box
This custom round child-resistant screw-top tin box is designed for tobacco products, pre-rolls, gummies and other compact products requiring controlled-access packaging. Its low-profile round shape provides a portable and reusable packaging solution for brands seeking a secure structure with customizable metal surfaces.
The container measures Ø79 × H30 mm and is made from 0.23 mm tinplate. It combines an outer metal shell with an internal plastic threaded locking component. The screw-top structure requires the lid to be operated correctly before opening, helping reduce unintended access by children while supporting convenient repeated use by adults.
The round lid and body can be customized with brand artwork, CMYK or Pantone printing, matte or glossy varnish, metallic effects, embossing and debossing. The internal plastic component can also be evaluated according to the packed product and project requirements. Child-resistant performance depends on the complete packaging structure and applicable test protocol; third-party testing can be arranged according to the requirements of the target market.
Custom Printing and Finishing Options
The lid and body can be customized according to your artwork and brand requirements. Available printing options include CMYK full-color printing for detailed images and Pantone spot-color printing for consistent brand colors. Optional decorative effects include embossing, debossing, matte varnish, glossy varnish, metallic effects and selected texture finishes.
Food-contact inner coatings can be selected according to the intended product and target-market requirements. Clear or gold-colored interior finishes may be available, subject to final technical confirmation. If your market requires specific food-contact testing, testing can be arranged through a recognized third-party laboratory based on the applicable requirements.
Optional chocolate trays, paper cups, dividers, paper liners and protective inserts can be developed according to the size, shape and quantity of the chocolates. Clear, gold-colored or other suitable food-grade interior finishes may also be selected according to the product and presentation requirements. A physical packing test is recommended before mass production.

Protective Packing Options for Export
Different protective packing methods are available according to the tin shape, size, printed surface and transportation requirements. Standard options include individual OPP bags, bubble bags, protective paper wrapping and export cartons with internal dividers.
For tins with delicate printing, glossy finishes, embossing or special-shaped structures, additional protective materials can be used to reduce surface scratching, collision and movement during transportation. The final packing method, carton quantity, carton dimensions and gross weight will be confirmed according to the approved product and order requirements.
