Custom Child-Resistant Slide Tin Box
Custom child-resistant slide tin box packaging is designed for pre-rolls, cigars, tobacco products, vape cartridges and other compact products requiring controlled-access packaging. Its slim rectangular shape, reusable metal construction and discreet sliding design make it suitable for portable retail packaging and customized brand programs.
The tin is available in two sizes: 95 × 60 × H14 mm and 112 × 80 × H14 mm. It is made from 0.23 mm food-grade tinplate and features rounded corners, a shallow rectangular body, a sliding metal lid and a side-release locking mechanism. The locking structure helps reduce unintended opening while allowing the lid to slide open when the release points are operated correctly.
The large flat lid and exterior body provide ample space for custom artwork, brand graphics and product information. Available decoration options include CMYK or Pantone printing, matte or glossy varnish, metallic effects, embossing and debossing. Optional divider inserts can be developed for organizing pre-rolls, cigars, cartridges or other packed products. Child-resistant performance depends on the complete packaging specification and applicable test protocol; independent third-party testing can be arranged according to target-market requirements.
Custom Printing and Finishing Options
The lid and body can be customized according to your artwork and brand requirements. Available printing options include CMYK full-color printing for detailed images and Pantone spot-color printing for consistent brand colors. Optional decorative effects include embossing, debossing, matte varnish, glossy varnish, metallic effects and selected texture finishes.
Food-contact inner coatings can be selected according to the intended product and target-market requirements. Clear or gold-colored interior finishes may be available, subject to final technical confirmation. If your market requires specific food-contact testing, testing can be arranged through a recognized third-party laboratory based on the applicable requirements.
Optional chocolate trays, paper cups, dividers, paper liners and protective inserts can be developed according to the size, shape and quantity of the chocolates. Clear, gold-colored or other suitable food-grade interior finishes may also be selected according to the product and presentation requirements. A physical packing test is recommended before mass production.

Protective Packing Options for Export
Different protective packing methods are available according to the tin shape, size, printed surface and transportation requirements. Standard options include individual OPP bags, bubble bags, protective paper wrapping and export cartons with internal dividers.
For tins with delicate printing, glossy finishes, embossing or special-shaped structures, additional protective materials can be used to reduce surface scratching, collision and movement during transportation. The final packing method, carton quantity, carton dimensions and gross weight will be confirmed according to the approved product and order requirements.
