Custom 5–8g Oval Zinc Alloy Solid Perfume Container
Custom oval zinc alloy solid perfume container is designed for solid perfume, perfume balm, fragrance balm, scented wax and portable cosmetic products. Its compact oval shape, substantial metal feel and reusable structure make it suitable for luxury fragrance brands, private-label cosmetics, travel perfume collections and premium promotional gifts.
The container measures 40 × 50 × H11 mm and is made from approximately 2 mm zinc alloy. It is available with either a hinged clamshell structure or a sliding-lid structure. The smooth internal cavity can accommodate approximately 5–8g of solid fragrance product, depending on the formula density, filling level and selected container construction.
Available customization options include different electroplated colors, polished or matte finishes, molded relief logos, engraving, debossed details, enamel decoration and other premium surface treatments. The internal contact surface, coating and filling process should be evaluated according to the fragrance formula because oils, waxes and aromatic ingredients may interact differently with metal finishes. Compatibility and filling tests are recommended before mass production.
Custom Printing and Finishing Options
The lid and body can be customized according to your artwork and brand requirements. Available printing options include CMYK full-color printing for detailed images and Pantone spot-color printing for consistent brand colors. Optional decorative effects include embossing, debossing, matte varnish, glossy varnish, metallic effects and selected texture finishes.
Food-contact inner coatings can be selected according to the intended product and target-market requirements. Clear or gold-colored interior finishes may be available, subject to final technical confirmation. If your market requires specific food-contact testing, testing can be arranged through a recognized third-party laboratory based on the applicable requirements.
Optional chocolate trays, paper cups, dividers, paper liners and protective inserts can be developed according to the size, shape and quantity of the chocolates. Clear, gold-colored or other suitable food-grade interior finishes may also be selected according to the product and presentation requirements. A physical packing test is recommended before mass production.

Protective Packing Options for Export
Different protective packing methods are available according to the tin shape, size, printed surface and transportation requirements. Standard options include individual OPP bags, bubble bags, protective paper wrapping and export cartons with internal dividers.
For tins with delicate printing, glossy finishes, embossing or special-shaped structures, additional protective materials can be used to reduce surface scratching, collision and movement during transportation. The final packing method, carton quantity, carton dimensions and gross weight will be confirmed according to the approved product and order requirements.
