Custom 12-Color Eyeshadow Palette Tin Box with Mirror
Custom 12-color eyeshadow palette tin box with mirror is designed for eyeshadow, blush, pressed powder and other cosmetic makeup collections. Its slim rectangular profile provides an attractive and reusable metal packaging solution for beauty brands, private-label cosmetics, promotional makeup sets and seasonal gift collections.
The palette measures 201 × 68 × H17 mm and is made from 0.23 mm food-grade tinplate. It features a hinged metal lid, rounded corners and a fitted interior with twelve individual cosmetic pan compartments, a long applicator brush slot and a rectangular mirror mounted inside the lid. The elongated layout allows multiple shades to be presented in an organized and compact format.
The exterior lid and body can be customized with brand logos, cosmetic artwork, product information and coordinated colors using CMYK or Pantone printing. Optional finishes include matte or glossy varnish, metallic effects, embossing and debossing. The mirror, cosmetic tray, pan dimensions and applicator slot can be developed according to the approved component specifications, while the final product fit should be verified through physical samples before mass production.
Custom Printing and Finishing Options
The lid and body can be customized according to your artwork and brand requirements. Available printing options include CMYK full-color printing for detailed images and Pantone spot-color printing for consistent brand colors. Optional decorative effects include embossing, debossing, matte varnish, glossy varnish, metallic effects and selected texture finishes.
Food-contact inner coatings can be selected according to the intended product and target-market requirements. Clear or gold-colored interior finishes may be available, subject to final technical confirmation. If your market requires specific food-contact testing, testing can be arranged through a recognized third-party laboratory based on the applicable requirements.
Optional chocolate trays, paper cups, dividers, paper liners and protective inserts can be developed according to the size, shape and quantity of the chocolates. Clear, gold-colored or other suitable food-grade interior finishes may also be selected according to the product and presentation requirements. A physical packing test is recommended before mass production.

Protective Packing Options for Export
Different protective packing methods are available according to the tin shape, size, printed surface and transportation requirements. Standard options include individual OPP bags, bubble bags, protective paper wrapping and export cartons with internal dividers.
For tins with delicate printing, glossy finishes, embossing or special-shaped structures, additional protective materials can be used to reduce surface scratching, collision and movement during transportation. The final packing method, carton quantity, carton dimensions and gross weight will be confirmed according to the approved product and order requirements.
