Custom Eyeshadow Palette Tin Box with Mirror
Custom eyeshadow palette tin box with mirror provides a compact and reusable packaging solution for eyeshadow, blush, highlighter, contour, pressed powder, solid perfume and other color cosmetic products. Its slim rectangular design is suitable for retail makeup collections, travel palettes, beauty gift sets, promotional programs and private-label cosmetic brands.
The palette measures 102 × 80 × H16 mm and is made from 0.23 mm food-grade tinplate. It features rounded corners, a hinged clamshell structure, a front closure and an integrated mirror inside the lid. The base can be fitted with a custom injection-molded insert containing six rectangular compartments for individual cosmetic pans or other compatible components.
The metal exterior provides a smooth surface for custom brand artwork, product information, decorative patterns and coordinated color finishes. Available options include CMYK or Pantone printing, matte or glossy varnish, metallic effects, embossing and debossing. The mirror dimensions, cosmetic pan sizes, insert material and compartment layout must be confirmed according to the customer’s components, and physical assembly tests are recommended before final tooling and mass production.
Custom Printing and Finishing Options
The lid and body can be customized according to your artwork and brand requirements. Available printing options include CMYK full-color printing for detailed images and Pantone spot-color printing for consistent brand colors. Optional decorative effects include embossing, debossing, matte varnish, glossy varnish, metallic effects and selected texture finishes.
Food-contact inner coatings can be selected according to the intended product and target-market requirements. Clear or gold-colored interior finishes may be available, subject to final technical confirmation. If your market requires specific food-contact testing, testing can be arranged through a recognized third-party laboratory based on the applicable requirements.
Optional chocolate trays, paper cups, dividers, paper liners and protective inserts can be developed according to the size, shape and quantity of the chocolates. Clear, gold-colored or other suitable food-grade interior finishes may also be selected according to the product and presentation requirements. A physical packing test is recommended before mass production.

Protective Packing Options for Export
Different protective packing methods are available according to the tin shape, size, printed surface and transportation requirements. Standard options include individual OPP bags, bubble bags, protective paper wrapping and export cartons with internal dividers.
For tins with delicate printing, glossy finishes, embossing or special-shaped structures, additional protective materials can be used to reduce surface scratching, collision and movement during transportation. The final packing method, carton quantity, carton dimensions and gross weight will be confirmed according to the approved product and order requirements.
