This custom hexagonal tea tin box is designed for loose-leaf tea, tea bags, candy, cookies, confectionery, dry food and premium gift packaging. Its distinctive six-sided shape provides an attractive alternative to conventional round and rectangular tins, helping products create a stronger visual presence in retail and seasonal gift collections.
Made from 0.23 mm food-grade tinplate, the container features a tall hexagonal body and a removable slip lid. The wide opening allows convenient product filling and access, while the six exterior panels provide multiple surfaces for custom artwork, brand information, decorative patterns and coordinated color designs.
Custom sizes can be selected or developed according to the product dimensions, required capacity and packaging application. Available decoration options include CMYK or Pantone printing, matte or glossy varnish, metallic finishes, embossing and debossing. Optional food packaging inserts, liners and dividers can also be developed after the product dimensions and packing requirements have been confirmed.
Custom Printing and Finishing Options
The lid and body can be customized according to your artwork and brand requirements. Available printing options include CMYK full-color printing for detailed images and Pantone spot-color printing for consistent brand colors. Optional decorative effects include embossing, debossing, matte varnish, glossy varnish, metallic effects and selected texture finishes.
Food-contact inner coatings can be selected according to the intended product and target-market requirements. Clear or gold-colored interior finishes may be available, subject to final technical confirmation. If your market requires specific food-contact testing, testing can be arranged through a recognized third-party laboratory based on the applicable requirements.
Optional chocolate trays, paper cups, dividers, paper liners and protective inserts can be developed according to the size, shape and quantity of the chocolates. Clear, gold-colored or other suitable food-grade interior finishes may also be selected according to the product and presentation requirements. A physical packing test is recommended before mass production.

Protective Packing Options for Export
Different protective packing methods are available according to the tin shape, size, printed surface and transportation requirements. Standard options include individual OPP bags, bubble bags, protective paper wrapping and export cartons with internal dividers.
For tins with delicate printing, glossy finishes, embossing or special-shaped structures, additional protective materials can be used to reduce surface scratching, collision and movement during transportation. The final packing method, carton quantity, carton dimensions and gross weight will be confirmed according to the approved product and order requirements.
