Custom 4 oz Raised Lid Candle Tin
This custom 4 oz raised lid candle tin is designed for scented candles, aromatherapy products, wax samples, travel candles and small gift collections. Its compact cylindrical structure and raised lid design create a clean and refined appearance suitable for retail candle brands, promotional programs and seasonal gift packaging.
The tin measures Ø65 × H45 mm and is made from 0.23 mm food-grade tinplate. It features a round deep-drawn body with a smooth interior and a removable slip lid. The raised panel on the lid adds visual depth while providing a defined area for logos, labels, printed artwork or decorative embossing.
The lid and body can be customized with CMYK or Pantone printing, brand colors, metallic finishes and decorative patterns. Optional treatments include matte varnish, glossy varnish, embossing, debossing and selected textured effects. The final candle fill weight should be confirmed through a physical filling test because wax density, wick size and the required headspace can affect the actual capacity.
Custom Printing and Finishing Options
The lid and body can be customized according to your artwork and brand requirements. Available printing options include CMYK full-color printing for detailed images and Pantone spot-color printing for consistent brand colors. Optional decorative effects include embossing, debossing, matte varnish, glossy varnish, metallic effects and selected texture finishes.
Food-contact inner coatings can be selected according to the intended product and target-market requirements. Clear or gold-colored interior finishes may be available, subject to final technical confirmation. If your market requires specific food-contact testing, testing can be arranged through a recognized third-party laboratory based on the applicable requirements.
Optional chocolate trays, paper cups, dividers, paper liners and protective inserts can be developed according to the size, shape and quantity of the chocolates. Clear, gold-colored or other suitable food-grade interior finishes may also be selected according to the product and presentation requirements. A physical packing test is recommended before mass production.

Protective Packing Options for Export
Different protective packing methods are available according to the tin shape, size, printed surface and transportation requirements. Standard options include individual OPP bags, bubble bags, protective paper wrapping and export cartons with internal dividers.
For tins with delicate printing, glossy finishes, embossing or special-shaped structures, additional protective materials can be used to reduce surface scratching, collision and movement during transportation. The final packing method, carton quantity, carton dimensions and gross weight will be confirmed according to the approved product and order requirements.
