Custom Cosmetic Tin Case with Handle and Metal Latch
This custom cosmetic tin case with handle is designed for makeup sets, skincare products, fragrance samples, beauty accessories, promotional gifts and premium cosmetic gift packaging. Its compact suitcase-inspired appearance creates a distinctive presentation while the carrying handle makes the package convenient to display, carry and reuse.
The case measures 185 × 135 × H85 mm and is made from 0.23 mm food-grade tinplate. It features a deep rectangular body with rounded corners, an attached hinged lid, a carrying handle and a front metal latch. These structural details create a secure and practical package suitable for cosmetic collections and branded gift sets.
The large front, back and side surfaces can be customized with logos, illustrations, product information and decorative artwork. Available options include CMYK or Pantone printing, embossing, debossing, metallic effects, matte varnish and glossy varnish. Custom EVA, plastic, paperboard or flocked inserts can also be developed to organize cosmetic bottles, jars, tubes, compacts and beauty accessories.
Custom Printing and Finishing Options
The lid and body can be customized according to your artwork and brand requirements. Available printing options include CMYK full-color printing for detailed images and Pantone spot-color printing for consistent brand colors. Optional decorative effects include embossing, debossing, matte varnish, glossy varnish, metallic effects and selected texture finishes.
Food-contact inner coatings can be selected according to the intended product and target-market requirements. Clear or gold-colored interior finishes may be available, subject to final technical confirmation. If your market requires specific food-contact testing, testing can be arranged through a recognized third-party laboratory based on the applicable requirements.
Optional chocolate trays, paper cups, dividers, paper liners and protective inserts can be developed according to the size, shape and quantity of the chocolates. Clear, gold-colored or other suitable food-grade interior finishes may also be selected according to the product and presentation requirements. A physical packing test is recommended before mass production.

Protective Packing Options for Export
Different protective packing methods are available according to the tin shape, size, printed surface and transportation requirements. Standard options include individual OPP bags, bubble bags, protective paper wrapping and export cartons with internal dividers.
For tins with delicate printing, glossy finishes, embossing or special-shaped structures, additional protective materials can be used to reduce surface scratching, collision and movement during transportation. The final packing method, carton quantity, carton dimensions and gross weight will be confirmed according to the approved product and order requirements.
