Custom Slim Rectangular Chocolate Tin Box with Hinged Lid
This custom slim rectangular chocolate tin box is designed for chocolate bars, chocolate pieces, thin candies, confectionery, mints and compact food gift packaging. Its low-profile rectangular shape creates a modern presentation while making the packaging convenient for retail display, transportation and storage.
The tin measures 178 × 108 × H15 mm and is made from 0.23 mm food-grade tinplate. It features rounded corners and a book-style hinged structure that allows the lid to remain attached when opened. The slim construction is suitable for flat products and individually wrapped confectionery with a compatible thickness.
Both exterior panels provide space for custom logos, illustrations, product information and promotional artwork. Available decoration options include CMYK or Pantone printing, embossing, debossing, matte varnish, glossy varnish and metallic effects. Optional shallow trays, paperboard inserts, paper liners and other internal accessories can be developed according to the dimensions and arrangement of the packaged products.
Custom Printing and Finishing Options
The lid and body can be customized according to your artwork and brand requirements. Available printing options include CMYK full-color printing for detailed images and Pantone spot-color printing for consistent brand colors. Optional decorative effects include embossing, debossing, matte varnish, glossy varnish, metallic effects and selected texture finishes.
Food-contact inner coatings can be selected according to the intended product and target-market requirements. Clear or gold-colored interior finishes may be available, subject to final technical confirmation. If your market requires specific food-contact testing, testing can be arranged through a recognized third-party laboratory based on the applicable requirements.
Optional chocolate trays, paper cups, dividers, paper liners and protective inserts can be developed according to the size, shape and quantity of the chocolates. Clear, gold-colored or other suitable food-grade interior finishes may also be selected according to the product and presentation requirements. A physical packing test is recommended before mass production.

Protective Packing Options for Export
Different protective packing methods are available according to the tin shape, size, printed surface and transportation requirements. Standard options include individual OPP bags, bubble bags, protective paper wrapping and export cartons with internal dividers.
For tins with delicate printing, glossy finishes, embossing or special-shaped structures, additional protective materials can be used to reduce surface scratching, collision and movement during transportation. The final packing method, carton quantity, carton dimensions and gross weight will be confirmed according to the approved product and order requirements.
