Custom Oval Cookie Tin Box for 300–340g Butter Cookies
This custom oval cookie tin box is designed for approximately 300–340g of butter cookies. Made from 0.23 mm food-grade tinplate, it provides a durable and reusable packaging solution for biscuits, chocolate, loose-leaf tea, candy, confectionery, dry snacks and premium food gift sets.
The tin measures 250 × 150 × H56 mm and features a classic oval two-piece structure with a removable slip lid. Its large lid surface provides sufficient space for brand logos, illustrations, seasonal designs and decorative embossing. The oval shape also offers a distinctive alternative to conventional round, square and rectangular food tins.
Custom Printing and Finishing Options
The lid and body can be customized according to your artwork and brand requirements. Available printing options include CMYK full-color printing for detailed images and Pantone spot-color printing for consistent brand colors. Optional decorative effects include embossing, debossing, matte varnish, glossy varnish, metallic effects and selected texture finishes.
Food-contact inner coatings can be selected according to the intended product and target-market requirements. Clear or gold-colored interior finishes may be available, subject to final technical confirmation. If your market requires specific food-contact testing, testing can be arranged through a recognized third-party laboratory based on the applicable requirements.
Optional packaging inserts, including plastic blister trays, paperboard dividers, paper cups and paper liners, can be developed to organize the cookies and improve product presentation. Because the insert and individual cookie packaging affect the available internal space, we recommend conducting a physical packing test before mass production.

Protective Packing Options for Export
Different protective packing methods are available according to the tin shape, size, printed surface and transportation requirements. Standard options include individual OPP bags, bubble bags, protective paper wrapping and export cartons with internal dividers.
For tins with delicate printing, glossy finishes, embossing or special-shaped structures, additional protective materials can be used to reduce surface scratching, collision and movement during transportation. The final packing method, carton quantity, carton dimensions and gross weight will be confirmed according to the approved product and order requirements.
