Yes, suitable tinplate, internal coatings and packaging structures can be selected according to the intended food, contact method and destination-market requirements. Clear or gold internal lacquers are available for different applications.

Food-contact material testing can be coordinated through recognized third-party laboratories according to the product application, food type, contact temperature, contact duration and buyer-specified standards. Testing support may include FDA- and LFGB-related requirements, European Union and United Kingdom requirements, and project-specific requirements for Canada, Australia and New Zealand, Japan and other destination markets.

The applicable coating, test items and reporting requirements must be confirmed for each project before sampling or mass production. BPA-related testing can also be arranged when required.

Most standard tinplate containers are intended for dry, solid, semi-solid or individually wrapped products, such as cookies, candy, tea, coffee, cosmetics, candles and tobacco products. Due to their mechanically formed seams, standard tin boxes are generally not recommended for direct filling with low-viscosity liquids when leakproof performance is required.

If your product is a balm, wax, cream or another semi-solid material, please provide its formulation, filling temperature and packaging requirements so that the appropriate structure, material and internal coating can be evaluated.

Yes. We have access to more than 10,000 existing mold options, including round, square, rectangular, oval, heart-shaped, multi-sided and other specialty structures.

If a suitable existing mold is not available, our engineering team can evaluate custom tooling based on your product dimensions, structural drawings, 3D files, reference samples or packaging concept. Final feasibility depends on the shape, forming depth, opening structure, order quantity and production requirements.

For many projects using existing molds, the typical MOQ starts from approximately 3,000 to 5,000 pieces per design. Child-resistant structures, miniature tins, complex products or projects requiring new tooling may require an MOQ of approximately 5,000 to 10,000 pieces.

The final MOQ depends on the tin size, structure, printing process, number of artwork designs, surface finishing, production method, testing requirements and production scheduling. Some large-format products may be evaluated for a lower quantity.

We do not use a fixed price list because most projects are manufactured according to individual customer requirements. Pricing depends on the dimensions, tinplate thickness, structure, printing, varnish, embossing, inserts, packing method, order quantity and applicable testing requirements.

Yes. Larger production quantities can reduce the effect of fixed setup costs, printing preparation and machine adjustment costs on each unit. We can therefore evaluate volume-based pricing according to the product structure and order quantity.

Pricing for repeat orders may also benefit from existing tooling and previously confirmed production specifications, subject to current material costs and order requirements.

After the tin size and structure are confirmed, we can provide the corresponding vector die-line for artwork placement. Your design team can use this template to position graphics, logos, text, bleed areas and embossing details.

Editable AI or vector PDF files are preferred, with fonts converted to outlines and linked images embedded. Our team will review the artwork layout and production feasibility before printing plates, sampling or mass production are arranged.

Yes. An existing plain or previously produced sample may be provided for initial evaluation when a suitable item is available. New customers normally cover the courier cost.

A customized pre-production sample can also be arranged to verify the artwork, colors, structure, lid fit and embossing effect. Custom sampling fees and lead time depend on the size, printing, finishing and tooling requirements. Whether any sampling cost can be credited toward a future order must be confirmed in the quotation before sampling.

A customized pre-production sample normally requires approximately 15 to 20 days after the structure and final artwork are confirmed. Mass production generally requires approximately 25 to 35 days after sample approval and deposit confirmation.

Complex structures, special finishes, new tooling, multiple artwork designs or peak-season scheduling may extend mass production to approximately 35 to 45 days. Final timing will be confirmed according to the specific project and production schedule.

Tin boxes are generally packed in protective bags and export-quality master cartons. Depending on the product structure and surface finish, dividers, trays, individual bags or other protective materials may be added to reduce scratching, deformation and movement during transportation.

If damage or a quality issue is discovered after delivery, please notify us promptly and provide carton photos, product photos, quantities and other supporting evidence. We will review the cause, shipment terms, inspection records and available evidence, and then discuss an appropriate solution based on the verified circumstances.
