Production Capability

Custom Tin Packaging Production in Dongguan

Our cooperating production base is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, within South China's Greater Bay Area manufacturing network. Its location provides convenient access to the tinplate supply chain and major export ports in Shenzhen and Guangzhou.

The production base is supported by more than 200 employees across production, engineering, quality control, purchasing and order execution. With automated, semi-automated and supporting production lines, it has a monthly capacity of approximately 300,000 tin containers. Access to more than 10,000 existing molds also helps customers reduce tooling costs and shorten product development time.

Product Design & Engineering

We work closely with your team to review your design blueprints, 3D files, or product dimensions. Our engineering team assists in optimizing the tin box structure to balance visual appearance, functional performance, production feasibility and your brand requirements.

01

Blueprint Review

We review your drawings, dimensions and packaging requirements before moving into structure development.

02

3D File Support

Existing 3D files or product references can be used to improve tin box shape, size and opening structure.

Precision Sheet Shearing

Printed tinplate sheets are precisely sheared and trimmed into individual small blanks according to the flat-pattern layout of each tin structure.

This sizing process is controlled to achieve clean edges and consistent dimensions before the subsequent stamping and forming stages.

Flexible Stamping & Forming

The production base deploys a combination of fully automated progressive stamping lines and manual/semi-automated press workstations. Fully automated machinery is utilized for high-speed, high-volume consistency on standard structures, while semi-automated lines provide the precise manual control required for complex geometry, structural R&D samples, and premium low-volume customization. Flat metal blanks are formed into tin containers through multi-stage forming, edge curling and bottom seaming according to the selected structure.
