Product Design & Engineering

We work closely with your team to review your design blueprints, 3D files, or product dimensions. Our engineering team assists in optimizing the tin box structure to guarantee aesthetic appeal, functional performance, and absolute compliance with your brand requirements.

01

Blueprint Review

We review your drawings, dimensions and packaging requirements before moving into structure development.

02

3D File Support

Existing 3D files or product references can be used to improve tin box shape, size and opening structure.

03

Structure Optimization

Our team helps balance visual appearance, production feasibility, functional use and packaging protection.

04

Brand Requirement Fit

Each design detail is adjusted to match your brand positioning, artwork direction and market application.

High-Definition Printing

Custom artwork is transferred onto food-grade tinplate sheets using advanced offset printing lines. The factory supports precise CMYK, Pantone color matching, and various premium surface coating effects to ensure accurate brand presentation.

Precision Sheet Shearing

Printed tinplate sheets are precisely sheared and trimmed into individual small blanks according to the flat-pattern layout of each tin structure.

This sizing process ensures clean, burr-free edges and consistent dimensional tolerances, preparing the metal perfectly for the subsequent stamping phase.

Flexible Stamping & Forming

The production base deploys a combination of fully automated progressive stamping lines and manual/semi-automated press workstations. Fully automated machinery is utilized for high-speed, high-volume consistency on standard structures, while semi-automated lines provide the precise manual control required for complex geometry, structural R&D samples, and premium low-volume customization. Flat metal blanks are expertly formed into structurally sound tin containers through multi-stage forming, edge curling, and bottom seaming.

Assembly & Quality Control

Formed tin components are routed to the final assembly and inspection lines. Production professionals perform 100% manual checks during the product assembly and lid-fitting process.

Key quality indicators including dimensional accuracy, printing alignment, lid tension and scratch-free surface integrity are carefully inspected to ensure every tin box meets global quality standards before packaging.
